Ever since I got my Fitbit, I’ve been doing an excellent job of wearing it every day to help track my steps. That’s not the hard part. The hard part has been consistently hitting my step goal. On the days that I exercise, I can get to my goal with no problem. It’s just all the other days in the week that have been an issue.
But I’ve been doing some thinking, some reflecting, and I decided that I want to push myself more. So I’ve decided that every day in September I’m going to work harder and hit my step goal of 8,000 steps!
Here’s the plan – walk more. Crazy, I know. The weather in September is beautiful so I’m going to use that to my advantage and try to go on walks during my breaks at work and during the weekend. Expect update posts throughout the month so you know where I’m at with my goal.
I would LOVE for you all to join me in this challenge. Your goal doesn’t have to be the same as mine – it could be more or less as long as you’re getting up and moving around.
